Sad thing is most of them turn out to be true lately. If there weren't massive layoffs, I've heard about at least two or three people who were exited from the company every week for months now.
That should not be normal, but it seems to be our current reality. I'm just wondering if it will improve once again or if this will continue to happen indefinitely.
Did any field people get let go in this round of layoffs?
You're such a good little soldier to willingly downgrade your and your families quality of life (drastically, I might add) for the good of APC! You may even get a promotion within the next 8 years with that kind of attitude! Only a title promotion, though. We aren't allowed to give raises.
There is job opportunity. Midland has openings. No need to complain about being let go if you don’t want to s--- it up and take a job in midland. Many other people had no choice to move there. No severance- just go. Anadarko at least gave this round of layoffs something.
Sure it will. The company is undergoing a cultural makeover and if you do not fit into that plan then you will be out, at a dead end or doing a job no one else wants to do. You are now getting the social psychology training from ACE with more to come and getting more agenda driven. It wont matter that the company squanders the experience, good will and trust of the employees. There is no hope if you are a white male and past 45 years because they are all s-xist racist animals. Note that this exact same demographic built that company up and now we have fools who cannot build anything just destroy it.
