Likely it doesn't matter anymore. But the Altice opposition of T-Mobile /Sprint merger is very similar to the opposition toward Altice by its employees.
Here is the statement they close in, "However, without actual commitments from the New T-Mobile to provide its MVNO partners with durable, long-term, nationwide wholesale terms, the competitive impact of these MVNO partners will not exist and cannot be considered by the Commission.”
This is exactly what employees are trying to secure, durable, long-term conditions, for the interest of future employment, and benefits i.e. Union.
Employees and customers have not felt that AUSA cares for their future. The very Comission that is receiving the request, should ignore the request.
AUSA looks like your game is coming to a close. The only thing that chasing the dollar without integrity will get you, is disillusionment, and disappointment.
Karma is a BEACH!!!
