I challenge anyone to truthfully come forth with sharing a great yearly review in SBA.
All of my counterparts are saying the same thing..... most brutal review ever. All of them suffer from loss of sales. Mind you, most of them very qualified folks but with the rediculus quota’s, find them self’s in a no win position regardless of weather you are a quality sales person or not. All of them state how disgusted they are in staples so called leadership. Most are looking to leave.
Some will leave on their own I’m sure, others will require a push.
Either way, the general overall consensus is that is what staples/sycamore wants. They want SBA outside sales to leave out the door.
I have too many accounts (due to all the layoffs) and I can't service them all. I literally have a backlog of complaints. LOL.
I've got the scariest story of all. So frightening most upper management speak it only when they think they are with trusted friends... The full news won't be public for weeks but I'm sure will start to leak soon because some know how to find it online … What am I referring to?
