First off, it is no longer IPLE. Management likely realized we need our own team to fully unleash our skills and knowledge to advance Enbridge. We are now just Infrastructure Planning (IP) which freely high lights the unique talents and abilities of the group. It is not prudent to group us with other normal teams as it would lower the average perceived performance of everyone in IP through no fault of their own. And yes, if there is a group that is qualified and poised to take over the company it would be Infrastructure Planning. History has shown that to be successful, a company must be lead by smart management that understand the fundamentals of the business, not just numbers. Infrastructure Planning is home to a wealth of elite talent and subject matter expertise ranging from terminals, mainline, downstream assets and oilsands.
