Is in shambles... Right now, it is only reacting to leadership whims - there is no 'go forward' strategy. I am disappointed and disillusioned - it's time to move on (probably long overdue)

The thing that concerns me most, is that we have signed large $$$ deals with multiple partners, in many cases for the same ‘scope’ of promised savings and commitments. Add them all up, and we promised more than the pie, and the savings are based on fuzzy math. This is quickly coming to a head, and has no chance of benefiting any of the parties involved.
I already had a half dozen people legit tell me that I should leave before my reputation is totally destroyed.
Pretty soon people will job shame us for working at GED like the Cosby show actor in the grocery store.
I agree. Core tech has put lots of efforts designing a platform that was not strategically planned. It begs the question when did Senior leadership know the ship was sinking and attempted this last ditch effort.
I see employees i coretech working hard, but they seem to spend lots of time asking their department personnel questions.
Good part is CD still get promoted! That tells you what leadership we have at the C-suite.
Don’t even get me started on Opal. They built that mess. Their data swamp is so bad at CoreTech. We ignore Opal completely and go by our own data team.
@UYYUGNl-1nog. Blame CD Miami such a key location.
You're assuming that CoreTech had any sort of plan. It seems like their plan is to sh-- can something that works, and then spend months trying to build a new system to replace it. (PC Refreshes, MyTech website, Deskside support, etc...)
"Oh, there's too many P1's? Let's change the rules so hardly anyone can open a P1, just so our metrics look better..."
Read my post "Outsource Global Ops" from 11 months ago. I begged for the sale of CoreTech long before Fowler abandoned those guys.
No strategy at all!! That is why I jumped off that sinking boat!!
