no good techies is joining syntel for last 4 years due to bad culture, cheating by managers, and unpredictable management policies. last 10 years syntel never paid variable pay properly to team leads and lower level managers while doling out huge bonus to delivery managers delivery heads and VPs, The management policy is clear no higher management accountability no middle mgmt accountability, only team leads and PMS pay the price for company performance and profit.
Unsuspecting techies who joined ended up becoming trainers for freshers for the support(ASM) projects which have atrocious working conditions nearing slavery.
