Was using the RES Computer and one of the managers left his email open. Due to our inventory results, we’re being listed as a “Bottom 20” store.
Store manager has to make an action plan and present to DM and APP Manager. Looks like he may placed on a PIP too.
If they keep closing stores eventually you will be a top ten store.
He’s already been looking. He has been through 3 store closings and doesn’t really want to stay for another. He’s very open with his job search.
His action plan should be a resume. Anything else is a waste of time and paper.
