When are you going to realize that DCEH has a new strategy?? Instead of pillaging the US government's student loan system, it is now going to steal from state and local government programs such as job training. It has been obvious since they did the deal with EDMC and partnered with Wozniak. No big deal about the bankruptcy--it is EDMC that filed for bankruptcy for all its' locations. It just means that DCEH took on none of the debt of EDMC.
Sometimes, one gets so focused on the day to day drama, you cannot see the bigger picture. All would be wise to be teeing up a new job. Good luck--it is a great time to be looking for a job and you will thrive away from these crooks--starting with Goldman Sachs, then Kolberg Kravis.
