Folks running the ship at HDS need to be careful as the GE model is not the answer for the current problems - they need to think about their team members and stop just trying to save their own jobs and survive - they need to take care of the team - folks are leaving in droves because managers do not know what they are doing and they are detrimental for any team-like effort.
HDS should wake up quickly as many changes are coming and if we do not have a team to tackle it - we'll have issues, major issues...
Also stop forcing our people to stay late, when you post job listing be honest and tell what the hours and jobs are really like.
