And now CDK is going after out 401K. They are leaving ADP Retirement and moving to https://www.empower-retirement.com/ I'm sure to further reduce CDK's financial obligation to their employees and to reduce their fees so the ELT can take another 50 million trip to Europe.

Howlongdo I have to leave the un-vested balance in my CDK 401-K through Empower before I can have it. Ieft the Co. and they state 3 yr. vesting. I worked there more than 3 yrs.
I moved my 401k promptly after my departure. Glad I did. Would not be surprised if CDK eliminates company match after moving plans from ADP.
If you still work at this souless establishment, expect nothing to be done in your favor. Job hunt. Get outta there. No nobility in staying on this sinking ship of a company whose ELT would be the first to exit the ship.

Any crony connections? MacDonald is Canadian, and Empower is owned by a very large Canadian financial corp.
If you think this move is to benefit the employees, I am pretty sure you would be wrong. They will not stop, until they have exhausted every bit of a somewhat benefit to the employee as possible. I only hope the Karma gods are keeping a close log of every person responsible for the death of this establishment. (I started to say Company, but that is not what this is)
