Is only DCG affected or other departments as well?
Lenovo DCG group thinks that POD strategy is a good idea. Clueless leadership shedding great people.
They are slicing the Data center group. With no real investment or plan in place it's a good likelihood this whole division will be dissolved within a year. It's a sudden change and not a good one because a path for growth just got murkier.
Not ALL contractors were "selected" and some full time employees were definitely impacted.
