If there is a layoff on 9/7 at AIP they may give FTF a 60 day notice and if we get our accreditation restored They will hire adjuncts for FTF positions at a lower salary and if they don't they will teach out with adjuncts.
AiP and AiPOD are safe. No layoffs with the middle states issue looming. 12 remaining Ai’s will have some FT faculty layoffs due to low enrollment and not teaching enough classes.
AiO faculty were told at a recent meeting that AiO would be taking on fulltime faculty from closing schools as adjuncts, dean jc said there were no new full time positions and none planned, just adjuncts.
Full time faculty will be laid off and replaced with part time instructors very soon, it is happening at our location. If you are full time faculty, I am afraid you will soon be unemployed.

AIP would be crazy to do layoffs while under review by MS-it would seal their fate. However most in this company at the top making decisions don’t understand simple cause and effect.
Was a warn notice posted in Pennsylvania for AiP?
Will this include CFA in Arizona?
Not 100% sure about brands, but corporate yes. 30% cuts across the board.

I can’t tell you how I know, just take my word for it. I’ve called all of the other layoffs accurately. Even though I still work here, I have a heart and hate to see other people blindsided by this. Like most everyone else I am actively looking and interviewing to get out.
Expect 30% cut across the board, per request from JC and BR. All departments asked to cut headcount.
We found out it was going to happen when, after it was posted here, they filed a WARN notice in our state - if your state has it, then it may be worth browsing that week as well.
