Accenture? SCADA? Really? Which operator uses them for SCADA support or project services? Do tell.

"SRP" SCADA Replacement Program wont be finished for another 5 years, so keep on waiting. And it was designed to be MOSTLY handled by Accenture from the start.

I've been at Enbridge since 2010. Feels like this "SCADA" project has been going non-stop ever since.

Possible. And the new off the shelf SCADA system is the first step.

Do you mean rationalization projects or the support staff?

Find it hard to believe any Pipeline operator would outsource SCADA projects when it is critical to the safety of their operations let alone find any bonafide partner with SCADA expertise you could outsource to.
