http://www.bossanova.com/ I know these have been out but are gaining popularity amongst metro areas. They have then scanning outs and unloading trucks . 40% of us will be replaced by robots eventually.

To the last respondent, great post. I was a GM unloader, so I know first hand how and why robots will likely never handle that end. And as for them scanning/creating/stacking carts for pick lists, I don't see them back in that scrambled heap that is GM receiving behind the steel----especially during peak holiday season.
Last point: I recently made a post about people being careful what they read and believe on here. :)
These are not unloading trucks. We do have some technology that helps to unload the truck to allow for cap2 associates to be on the floor stocking. The bossa nova is only scanning for missing labels and out of stocks and items on top stock that can be worked down.
Make sure you completely understand what the tech does before you post things like this. If you’re not sure then post a question asking.
