I've heard so many people say they are staying because they are waiting for severance.
Don't. It's not worth it. You're putting yourselves at risk of being in a position where you will be out of a job with no severance, because of Chapter 11.
My advice, leave on your own terms.

EDMC is trying to replace The US trustee in court...
The US trustee wont have it and wants to keep chapter 7 for all schools !
So either EDMC keeps Chapter 7 (Liquidation) going or changes it to chapter 11 (Organization) and keeps ALL schools open.
