Looks like a lot of people got stock option grants. There's some confusion about who all got them. Looks like level 4 and above? Vest 25% after a year and then every month for 36 months.

Remember it’s no a gift, you have to buy the stocks. 25% vested in 1 year and takes 3 years to vest 100%. If you id--ts read your emails you would know this
Well I got my email and my grants. I asked Schuabb and they told me it is not an award. We have the option to purchase stocks at the award price. No free money ( gift to us) like I thought it was. Cheap b--tards. Now I feel good about looking for another job
I am entry level and got 170 shares but it’s meaningless if I can’t cash it out. I’m wanting to quit this sh-- hole
It's all performance based, and how many people are included within your department. The VP is allotted X amount of total shares. They take their portion that they want to be awarded, then give the rest out. I'm a P3 within Pharmacy Solutions and was awarded 150. I have a friend that works over in financial services that is also a P3 and she was awarded 700 shares.
..and the vesting is on the option to purchase at the strike price, not for the shares themselves, as far as I can tell.
Yes the shares are very little and take years to vest
Not sure what the criteria was, but it's not just level 4. I'm a p2 & was included.
Lmao 50 shares? Wtf? So if the stock doubles from a strike price of $50 you make $2500. That is pitiful. Sharing the wealth heh Stoneman?
I got 50 shares as a level 4, not worth sticking around though, I gave my notIce this week.
