addition to previous comments ,the work l enjoyed, my co workers were a great bunch ,l designed production jigs to speed up production and streamlined the production of these rheometers, so went over and above what was expected of me,l guess this is the world we live in now , loyalty to a company ? what do you think ? richard
years ago this waters subsidiary was called ta intruments, l worked there for a time ,when l started they were making 4 rheometers a week ,2 years later l was making 14+ a week my reward ?, 2 % pay rise , my response was F--- OFF and l left ,what happened next ? waters wondered why production dropped to 4 again, end result ,closed the whole place and shipped it back to the u.s. why would anybody want to work for an arsehole company like this ? richard
