Schools still advertising as non profit

Below is from The Art Institute of Seattle's website. Isn't it illegal to advertise being non profit when you really aren't?

Here's the problem with prosecution: the DOJ has to pick its Trump battles. Does it go after Ai (protected by DeVos)? or does it pick its battles in order to contain Watergate 2.0?

Every Art Institute is on the bankruptcy list. Of course some scam is going on. Whatever it is don’t expect anyone at DCEH or EDMC to tell you or even give a damn about employees-faculty, staff, so called middle Management or obviously the students.

This entire company is fraud and a scam.

Technically it is “wire fraud” and a Federal crime to publish a false advertisement online.
