Yes. This is a fund; not a personal holding. He has a fiduciary duty to sell (at certain known events).
Is he dumping all of his shares of SHLD stock? That's how I'm interpreting that SEC form.
Do you wonder why he held onto those warrants giving him the right to buy stock at $25.686?
And who believes in Bruce?
