Speaking of an Arizona bubble, does anyone know about the meeting they had today?
I think these mentions of raises were just to rile us up, I'm in Arizona and I haven't had a raise in at least four years and it doesn't look like one is coming any time soon.

Has anyone ever worked a job that you despised so much that on Sundays you practically needed to drink yourself to sleep the night before? It's worse now since the biggest id--ts, I mean DCEH has been taken over. They have no clue....but will keep laying off brand employees and making decisions in an Arizona bubble. Terrible leadership! I love how the Arizona id--ts are hired at higher salaries while most of brand employees that continue to absorb more duties are losing their jobs (let alone given a slight raise). Honesty it seem like they are on heavy

No we are just spreading the truth. You are all the “recruiters” “administrators” “financial counselors” etc who know that c-appy school wont give jobs to the students. The lies of “career counselors” and the inflated numbers of Gainful employment speaks lauder that your pathetic words. Numbers dont lie. You all do.. Again, I am glad you all losing your pathetic jobs with all the schools are closing, we will keep spreading the truth of your predatory practices and we are winning, more potential students ask for advice to former students and they listen to us because we have soo much evidence of your c-ap and choose other colleges instead of your pathetic organization. A 3% increase won't even get me up to 40k! I agree with the other post, I would be livid if everyone got the same increase. I believe we should be awarded based on merit and for some that should be the door!
To the person hoping we "get what we deserve" you're the one spending your valuable time being bitter to people you don't even know. A majority of these students know exactly what they are doing when they demand tens of thousands of dollars in student loan money--they are the ones trying to run a scam on easy government money!
I hope it’s not just the lowest people getting a bump. Especially when those not hitting their goals will get a raise yet those that do carry the place won’t get jack.
You all need to be fired ( you will eventually) you keep working with a bunch of corrupt scammers. you will get what you deserve.
Raises if you make less than 55k. Decreases if you make more than 100k. Guessing more people will be smiling than crying. 3%annual raises capping at 100k. People making 40k will be bumped to 55k immediately. Guess no difference if you have a GED or Doctorate.

They have to take away some of your benefits before they can give you a raise.
What department/team are you on that promised a raise? It's been at least four years since I had a raise and I now have responsibilities that used to be taken care of by three different teams....whenever a new person comes in to save the company, they say we have to give 110% or an extra 30%...yet never even an extra 1% for those of us doing the work.
