Two gone this morning. Not sure of the circumstances yet, but hearing both gave notice and were ushered out of the building. Walked by one person's desk and appears she was prepared to leave as personal items that were there recently were gone.

Once I receive word that I passed a CORI check, I'll be accepting a negotiated job offer and leaving to work closer to home. Anything of value has been removed from the office. Since the last layoff I've come to realize people I considered friends were just co-workers and after being here so long moving on is going to be easier than I thought.

Both gave 2 week notice. One allowed to stay, the other sent out immediately. Entire department is either looking for another job except a couple that want to stay for the severance
