If the company goes bankrupt, which it surely will any week now, you will never see it. How do I know this? I was at HE until this morning. There is a lot more I know too. I will be telling all over the next few days. I just wanted to post this right now. If you have vacation, hurry up and use it. If your store manager has been taking a lot of vacation time lately, now you know why.

Vacation is safe in California. Severence (Transition pay) is not. By the way, Transition Pay is not true Severence. Research the facts and definitions. You will get an eye opener.
If there is anyone at the stores that are full-time. Take your personal holidays, you should get 4 a year. If you quit working for Sears, you will not get your ph. Vacation time is yours, before BK. If your store is in danger of a BK, use your vacation time before they announce a BK. .
I also urge anyone with vacation hours and sick days to use them asap. Don't let management brain wash you just it that money you will not see as soon as BK is announced (which at this point it can happen very soon seeing how the stock is drowning and apparently the company is out of $$$).
