so true... if you mention people (especially people in San Diego) that you work for Q, then what comes to their mind is " layoffs, lawsuits, favoritism, age discrimination, power harassment, s---c-des…" so sad.

QCT will fail. All the big players are doing their own apps processor. Q will be a small company doing modem only.

Q’s troubles have to do with QTL and finding growth outside of mobile chipsets which they already dominate.

With very few exceptions, and I can speak about my former group, the people who are what's wrong with Qualcomm are the ones who stayed. Why would they leave, they are having fun and getting paid.
If you trust this executive management team you are very naive. They will stab you in the back and kick you to the curb to save their own jobs and enrich themselves. There are so many good companies out there that want your talent; go to one that will appreciate you!
