What's up with hiring more and more H-1Bs from India after the layoffs. Sadly, it feels like company is infested with H-1Bs after kicking out many Americans. I hate to see many of my friends lost the job and instead of hiring them back we hire more and more H-1Bs. Does anyone else feel the same? Can we report this to immigration authority?

Give it up and just start looking for another job. TD is a one product company, and that product is over three decades old. Lund et al are playing on the brand recognition and selling the notion that TD is a going concern in hopes of a fat payday if some deep pocket s---er buys the outfit. Not going to happen. Anyone stupid enough to buy what's left of TD has alreday been duped out of any assets they may have had.
@ambersky078, yes I feel you. I am seeing this since last many months. There are few of us trying to fight this and we have a secret facebook group. Join us! We are working with attorney and soon report this to US immigration services.
If you feel this is really the case, you MUST report this to immigration. Let them independently investigate the complain. There is a helpline to report suspected H1B visa violation. You can report a company or any employee who violated the visa program.
