qcom creating more PMs than innovators and engineers

These days qcom has become good training ground for learning Program management skills in absence of real engineering work.

I see everyone above sr.staff is doing nothing but creating redundant meetings, meetings for discussing which meetings are needed , follow up meetings, list of AIs which no one follows.

Soon QCOM will be learning center for producing maximum PMPs.
