The proxy vote requests have been sent. Due 9/11 for tabulation prior to the 9/12 shareholder meeting.
Whether you vote yea or nay on the acquisition, the only correct answer on golden parachutes (q3) is no. Bike boy didn’t earn it.

Years ago I withheld my vote for Charles and Russ, and a bunch of others did too. Just meant they got slightly less votes but still were elected. These things aren't done until they've already polled and got assurances from the institutional investors.
Does anyone know if the voting service is providing management with a real time tabulation report? I think it'd be interesting to know and compare that to their behavior. Perhaps we'd even see the spandex cowboy resurface once they hit 50% + 1 vote.
@3pbe Its not a wall street/hitman movie.
Question - is the online proxy voting anonymous - can it be tracked back to individuals?
I got this email. What does it mean?
You are more generous that I would be. Learn how to read the report, it is $50 million on top of the large compensation already given each year over year since he started.
Unfortunately just like in days past it will be approved. The institutional shareholders are in the exec’s pocket.
The most you can hope for is that the winning vote is as low as possible to stick out.
I have no problem giving Mike a decent severance package but $40 million is excessive. That’s like an $8 million bonus for each year he didn’t grow revenue.
