Anyone have any idea why Argosy and AI are moving forward with the tuition changes and not South?

With South's great stats in the grad, retention area I'm sure the dupes are knocking down the door to get fleeced.

Desperate for students I guess.
Argosy’s went from 67k to 70k. So it actually went up. But now they give tiered discounts which ultimately could lead to the degree costing the students about 63k. They als instituted a “technology fee” it’s the most back handed “reduction” I’ve ever seen.
