AUO morale at 2 year low

Everything that LJ did to get us back up is slowly crumbling

DOA is completely uninspiring. That’s for the garbage recognition ceremony when the playing field isn’t even.

It’s all about numbers again. Each week is how many new, how many cleared, how many PDRs. It’s almost like they’re not students and are just numbers that bring in money.

New “Service Model” is counter message to what is done daily. Not to mention it is overloading the managers with what has quickly become empty calorie coaching.

Add that onto the empty promises from DCEH and something is going to give and soon.

AiO sees your drop in morale and raises you a disheartened staff with completely disgruntled employees across the campus.

AUO is such a waste. They give too much responsibility and expect way too much. I hope the DCEH closes.

1xct, yeah, you will get a raise soon. Just wait for it. If you don't bring it up anymore, you will find it gets to your paycheck faster. Exciting changes are coming soon, that is for sure!!! (You know "exciting" does not always mean "good", "fun", etc., right?)

Does anyone remember the song, I Dig Rock and Roll Music? There is a line that goes "I think I could say somethin', if you know what I mean." I think of that song every time I read a communication from leadership at DCEH or listen to my manager talk about a new, exciting change coming.

The messages are all so cryptic these days but, if you read between the lines, they are downright scary. So, what is this super duper fantastic compensation plan that the have been teasing us with for a year now? That is pretty cruel to do to people who haven't received a raise for 3 years! And, what are they doing with our health insurance benefits? Today's email may have included an encouraging line about them being better than we have ever had but I'm not buying it. Think about it... is anything really better since the sale ( other than the hype, of course)?

I have no way of predicting the future but I am not encouraged? I have no plans to leave because, if they arent bluffing, I will have hit the lotto!

I think LJ honestly believed the promises and drank the koolaid. He is a good guy and I have noticed he doesn't even have eye contact or the typical spirit he usually has..... he probably feels guilty and disappointed but what is he to do?
