The Central Division is having a Town Hall next week. We just had one recently. Does anyone know why?

Other groups have them but it doesn't sound the same. GP's are very different and probably understand DeVry a heck of a lot better than AK. What does she really do anyways?
Central Group as way to many townhalls. Does anyone think the other groups have them as often? Another chance for JB's puppet to feel important.
Faculty are now required to encourage students to say nice things on social media
My name is Johnny & I am really really glad that as they enroll fewer students & get rid of many faculty, there is a lot more room to walk around without feeling crowded & no one there to yell at me when I'm misbehaving.
Are you supposed to give students points for saying nice things?

More of the same. Faculty are now required to encourage students to say nice things on social media. But the marketing folks are not being required to help grade assignments.
JB and his crew need a bigger bonus and golden parachute! The more cheerleading they can perform to make everyone work harder to lose their jobs while increasing their pay-out. Folks do what it takes to keep your job and ingnore the rest or do what I did - Leave!
Think of it this way- JB & the crew walk away with millions while you go on unemployment.
Maybe JB and that creepy HR guy will do more funny hand shakes.
It has been pretty normal for central group to have a town hall just after the national one. We have been doing it that way for a while. As to the purpose of the upcoming town hall, I have no idea. Probably just more of the same BS.
