come in a little late, go to lunch a little early, come back a little late, go home a little early. Pay bills and do shopping at my desk. Post some stuff on the internet Boss tells me I am doing a good job. If I get laid off I get a great severance, No way i am quitting this

Most at Devon aren't worth their salt and where they land next, won't be as lucrative pay and benefits wise.

They know this and that's why they won't leave on their own.

Anyone with their salt can go regardless of the golden handcuffs. The company you go to will make it up

Golden handcuffs with that stock and they are handing out severance packages like candy.

If you hate it that much then leave. I'm getting tired of people complaining and doing nothing about it.
