I couldn't agree more. Mike was paid mega millions a year to run the company into the ground while talking a big game. He got a $40 million golden parachute while the rest of us get screwed.
The cycling sponsorship was the biggest joke and was clearly to gain street cred with his rich cycling buddies who never heard of CA.
Don't get me started on the "Open Mike" forum on Yammer, where he has never once posted.
Mike is a liar. The 800 layoffs in the name of re-hiring more skilled workers in the area of SaaS was just a big smoke screen. F--- him.
He didn’t hit his number. And obviously Gregoire wasn’t happy with him otherwise why not let him parachute out? I think he was the sacrificial lamb to show Broadcom CA could make cuts even before the acquisition.
