What is qces anyway?
If you are Sr.DIr, there is heavn. You don' t need to know anything, just learn how to make friend with VP. Even you are out of U.S, they can move you to SD to enjoy resting and vesting!

10 years in QCES. Started as eng and got promoted last cycle to Sr. Dir. So yes, QCES is great place to work. Some long work weeks but technical work on cutting edge. Lots of growth opportunities, diverse work teams, and great life/work balance. Merit, bonus, and RSU most generous of all divisions at the Q.
