Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Can we not beat up on people in other countries who are just trying to make a living like ourselves? Your anger should be focused at high level management who made these decisions and not at those who are just trying to do a job like most of us are trying to do. We are all being tossed into projects where all we can do is try to keep out heads above the water. The problem is how top management couldn't care less about their ridiculous decisions that are solely based on making sure they get their multi-million dollar bonuses. Anyone notice how the 'bring all work back into the office' just quietly died off once enough senior people left the company even though the offices we were supposed to go back to didn't even have anywhere near the space required? Just another game Mgmt played to get people to leave (without the pitiful severance package) in order to then "accu-shore' the job.
