Hello IT. The next phase is now in play. Remember last year? Walk down the hallway and ask your HR rep... you'll get NO answer. But will see them when they get the news of them being cut, only to say they can apply to the vendor to do a badge change at a lower rate, and NO benefits. The main project still has that ticker of September 30th.

Look guys. The economy is booming. If they want to trash their IT staff, then they are committing corporate hari kari. They did all kinds of c-ap to me to humiliate me, demote me, all for doing a great job for them. All because i was too old. After I left over 4 years ago, it is costing them $750k a year give or take a thousand or so to pay 3 contractors and a fulltime manager to do what I used to do as 1 person for alot less. They are paying out more and more money for IT and getting less. They will/are reaping what they sowed.
Here's a company that when going through their "Transformation" project, dictated project names that come from "Transformers." These projects with names such as "BumbleBee" cost people jobs. It's a joke to leadership. That's what they think of you. They laugh, you lose.
