I just dont understand why mangement can't or won't be honest. It's just so frustrating we only get bits and pieces of things. I do understand every employee makes that choice to stay and see where this company may go and we all can make the decision to leave. However we all deserve updates and information.

FYI- only the very top 3-4 at the top know their true agenda. They will never share with the school Presidents & managers because they stand to lose control & their true agenda could hemmorage to soon. They are just temporary puppets.

Students at closing schools are getting 50% off remaining tuition if they transfer to an open school right? They are getting slammed into online classes from their new location. Until accreditation is gone...
So all the students that we've been pushing to finish online are not being accepted into online? When are they going to tell students because as of yesterday afternoon I have about five students expecting to complete their education online?
Faculty may not be at fault but reality is AI is imploding. Expect no severance or Christian charity. As to “AI online is accepting new students” but not their own internal transfers? Liars, manipulators and evildoers sounds just about right....
The updates I have received have been no updates which is an update in itself. From my perspective DCEH is expecting more and more and offering less and less to employees. And by the way where is the new compensation plan/raises? Please lay me off in a professional way so I can collect unemployment and work on finding a new direction. DCEH is joke.
1xrl I don't know who you are -- probably a troll -- but no Faculty lied to students -- Faculty were and still are kept in the dark and lied to by their administrators. Faculty are not part of the problem -- Faculty are not going to walk out mid stream on any of these students. Will this whole event hurt teaching careers ? most likely - but justice will prevail.

Ai Online has accreditation through AiP - Aionline is not it's own school, it is a division of AiP.
Neither has lost accreditation -- but close - they are on probation -- which is most likely good as gone.
The call Monday was totally bogus -- good questions by faculty though -- JC was not completely transparent....if at all. They are not going to tell Middle States about One University -- All admin need to be gone gone --
I think AI Online has temporarily lost accreditation through Middle States. The whole Art Institute system is in trouble and should probably all be closed by 2020.

There are a number of fully online schools with the same programs, including state and community colleges, students really should be looking elsewhere if online is their only option.
We were told Monday that students from closing campuses were not being directwd to AiO. Either DOE or Middle States was not allowing it.
Have they been stopped from adding students to AIOnline now?
If you were on the AiO call Monday, then you heard dean JC when asked if they would share the middle states report with faculty clearly state “we will share a portion of it with faculty.” There is no transparency any place that Aio administration is involved. They will be trying to pull a fast one in middle states and sadly due to their dishonesty and incompetence all of AiP/AiO will suffer.
We all deserve answers - yes -- but my 2 cents - -if they are lying and evading then it's time to say bye bye -- like a bad relationship - people tend to hang on and hang on asking why so and so acts this way -- the key -- if you have to ask - that should tell you everything.
