Office buildings are a thing of the past, much like shopping malls.

One day they all will go bye bye and cities of the future will be grassy green and clean.

I am glad the banks will get stuck holding the notes on all the useless space.

No bailouts this time around lol

Not a surprise, NYC is a dying business location, nobody cares of you have a NYC presence these days, just the crusty old farts who live in Connecticut.

Being in India and Mexico is what matters now.

They have like 5 different IBM locations in Manhattan. That location was just a huge cost.

IBM sold the building in 1994. It has IBM’s name on it, but that’s it. They lease just like everyone else
