Another sad day for the working ranks of Baker...no golden parachutes for us grunts getting it done.
It's just insulting to see how we are treated after so many years of loyal service and sacrifice. The middle and upper ranks of management need to be replaced.
Might be different if management got the same shaft we get....company profit is sh-- then so should be the salary for these peeps that are supposed to be growing the company.
Get them out.
