Can SeaWorld employees unionize like in Disney?

If a union showed up at SeaWorld that would certainly be the end of the company.
If enough employees could organize and get union cards signed it could be put to a vote.
A- anybody trying to start any kind of sign up would be summarily dismissed
B- if they got enough signatures to vote, they still might not get it passed
C- collective bargaining does not mean they can't still lay people off and it doesn't protect leadership even if they're hourly... its just another mess the company would have to deal with, which isn't really in the best interest of anyone.
