College transfer fair

The OC campus held a transfer fair for the remaining students and invited several other local schools to participate. Hollywood campus would not join in because they said it was “unfair to them to offer students any other options than them”... I just can’t believe I ever worked for this institution.

You must be from Hollywood. I was at my school’s transfer fair and spoke with the rep from San Diego... If you are calling me a liar, it’s precious to see how you treat potential students.

Wow the misinformation campaign is in full effect. Both Hollywood and San Diego didn’t attend transfer fairs at these campuses because they arranged for buses to bring Orange County and Inland Empire students directly to their campuses so they can tour the school and meet faculty, staff, students, and graduates for a full experience. Get your facts straight and stop lying to innocent students.

Hollywood = one of the worst schools (not just Ai) in the state.

Thier president is one of the nastiest people I've ever met.

Thier dean is easily one of the dumbest humans I've ever met, and that he fancies himself as an elite intellectual- makes it all the funnier.

WTF?! Hollywood sound like a bunch of entitled A-Holes!!! I guess that explains why they weren’t at my transfer fair in the Inland Empire, and verifies the negative posts regarding their campus. As a student, I thank whoever posted this, and will transfer to San Diego to finish my degree.

It’s VERY sad! Why are opening campuses still enrolling new students? Why not focus on the remaining students that are a quarter or more away from graduation.

Sad..so sad...what happened to: "Do right by the student"? I'm encouraging my remaining students to transfer to a community college then to a public university (and to seek legal advice, did I hear someone say class action lawsuit?). Take that Hollywood!
