I'm not entirely opposed to layoffs. There's a few people who don't pull their weight, so why not let them go? These layoffs are idiotic, however. In my office we lost around 13 good useful people and kept the one and only guy who is completely non-essential and a huge drain on productivity. When you keep your worst person while laying off half the staff, it's a kick straight to the testic--sto all the good people who were let go. The severance offer is pitiful as well from what I hear - it's basically the legal minimum plus a tiny bit of money that they think will get people to sign instead of lawyering up.. So much for "dignity and respect". CDK management is a bunch of clowns who have doomed whatever products they had that weren't already failing. I can't see them even selling the company at this point - there can't be a buyer out there rich enough to afford but too dumb to see that there is no future and right now is probably as good as the share price gets.

Not all signed that arbitration agreement bs... i know i didn't & I actually am looking for a lawyer right now to go over it with.... if nothing else maybe there's a way to squeeze those cheep pr1ck$ for a bit more plus the lawyer's fee.
You are so correct, fantastic people were cut this round. It’s so sad how moral suffers; not a surprise why’s we are one of the worst companies to work for. Greed is at an all time high. Nearly $100 million realized due to Trump tax cut; that money doesn’t go back into creating a better business or jobs. Instead, hundreds of people laid off and while millions of extra is paid at the top. We’re not interested in building even a good company, just getting by until we sell out.
Well you can't lawyer up.....everyone had to sign the arbitration agreement. ;)
