Glassdoor can tell everyone what is wrong with CDK.
One day, we are working with some knowledgable senior guides (in the USA), next day, they are let go. Many people, who are not productive, are not touched. It's very clear that eyes and ears of Executives are as corrupt as they are.
In India too, we are scared/unhappy because we can see there is no criteria, they are just letting people go based on politics and sometimes based on their pay scale.
It is difficult to work in such environment. It hurts how the firings are happening everywhere. I am deeply affected by it.
Someone said India is partying, gettin costly gifts. They must have misunderstood. India has quarterly budget for team lunch/dinner, it was always there, so yes, we do go out for lunch 4 times in a year. Cuts are happening in India too. Traveling to onshore is dream of many Indian programmers; travel is frozen for many many months; training programs are getting closed too. Pluralsight is off for everyone. The fitbit they mentioned as a gift was not a fitbit; it was another cheap brand which we got last year.
