Google him and read what he did while being a UAW "Leader"
His Forte is to squeeze you until you have no more to give, be cut an enourmous check for himself and the board memebers and walk away.
He does not care. He’s paid not to care, frankly. It’s understandable to be angry with him, but if he wasn’t doing this the board would replace him with someone that would. Ultimately, it’s the shareholders doing this, because they want to get huge short term wins and flip it.
