Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

The worse thing about the restructuring was letting these general managers cherry pick their management team. Take a store like Glendale where the untouchable GM has no leadership skills and chooses to retain the boys club rather than competent employees. When will bass pro see the lack of sales, leadership, bad morale, consistent firearm violations that he encourages his team to cover up. I understand why he was so untouchable back when he was cheating on his wife with the hr manager but since she was fired what keeps him having a job? Bass pro has caused some upsetting changes but the so called general managers are what are ruining this company. This may be a rant but maybe bass pro will read this and at a minimum look into some of the things that go on at a store level.
