EVERYONE should at LEAST get 8 weeks to cover the fact that they didn't give a proper 60 day notice under the requirements of the WARN Act.
After that it would seem they've only given me less than 1 week for each year of service.
2 weeks per year. - Was laid off 7/12/2018. Was told it was a max up to 26 weeks.
I saw some posts here claiming several months, but I doubt it.
axed in 2017. got two weeks.
2 weeks per year is what I heard.
