Thanks for the info.
Support teams were cut in Learn and Intelligence. Groups that were already strained and burned out are even moreso now. The rumor mill suggests that they are planning on transitioning most of their US-based support members out in favor of new (cheaper) hires in Bogota if they can ever get the Bogota site up and running.
what department(s) were laid off?
