Kellogg's is blatantly laying off any employee who is older, ill or so still on the pension plan.

This is the TRUMP CORPORATE WAY- they don't care about you, it's all about how much you can make for the company and then you're dead to them! Get a good lawyer and sue!

Yes my manager at Kellogg told me they wanted a "younger workforce". They have targeted older employees for several years now. I haven't looked recently but their corporate website didn't show anyone that looked over 30. Sadly this has been the trend at many large companies and discrimination protection has been gutted for older workers by the supreme court.
