I was hired less than 4 months ago and was laid off yesterday. Being a recent college grad, I had 2 other job offers on the table that I turned down because I interned for CDK previously and enjoyed working with the employees. How on earth can a company offer jobs to new engineers knowing they will be getting laid off a few months later? Or is it that the executives have no business vision and couldn't predict having to make massive lay offs in the near future? Whatever the reason, I'm glad I kept in contact with other companies during my short stay at CDK

This has been going on since CDK spun from ADP. The "15 Million Dollar Man" Brian McDonald doesn't care about anyone. Its all about him. You're lucky to get out when you did. This an awful company to work I look forward to Reynolds taking all of there market share and running CDK out of town on a rail.
