Well, good to hear there is at least one good director who likes to slum it up with us workin' folks. I'm about 90% sure I know that director too!
Spoke with my director? Lol. I’ve never even met him/her.
My Director has taken every one of his employees to lunch this year at Creekside individually in an effort to know them and visa-versa. He has even scheduled second coffee dayes with everyone for the second half of the year. That’s a good approach imo.
And I thought I was the only one. Mine likes to talk to the pretty girls that work under him. And I have even seen other attractive girls from other departments meeting with him. But as for me, good luck getting a set down session there. We filled out that cultural survey recently that asked about level of feadback. I’m curious where that is. Im starting to see a trend with management.
