Everything I see tells me we're going to have another round of layoffs, so I'm not quite sure why Amy, or anyone in leadership at CDK would pretend like the employees come first.. or really that they employees come anything but last.
I've tried many times to speak up only to be told to be "careful" as the leader of my division (Rajiv) does not like, accept or agree with any feedback that isnt positive, regardless of how constructive it may be.
If your smart, you should be looking for a new job right now, as I, and everyone else I know at CDK is.
