I am tired of being short staffed. We can’t even flag for each other anymore. Altice has no regard for our safety. They only care about the money. Maybe we should have more employees before you start picking up other projects.

i am so tired of being short staffed too!! so overworked and they dont want to compensate for the overload of work ur doing

Safety first the company does not care about you some of you guys will be laid off soon
Don't be an idiot if it's not safe don't do it. Safety has nothing to do with the company. If you can't do something let someone higher up than you know. If they say do it and you don't think it's safe don't do it. It's as simple as that. You won't get fired for not doing something you don't think is safe. Don't be an idiot and don't post useless stuff. Use common sense and all will be well.
